RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At QAAN MARBLE; The Art of Stone, we take pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of every piece we create. Since our products are handcrafted and often tailored to specific requirements, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.
1. Custom Orders & Final Sale
All our products are handmade and manufactured specifically for you based on your unique specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our work:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to "change of mind" once the production process has commenced.
2. Exceptions for Returns & Refunds
While we generally do not accept returns for custom items, we stand behind the quality of our artistry. Exceptions are only made in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged (see the "Damages & Transit Issues" section).
- There is a verified manufacturing error on our part regarding the confirmed product specifications.
If a return is authorized by QAAN MARBLE:
- Return Window: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.
- Restocking Fee: An administrative or handling fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Damages & Transit Issues (Important)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Your cooperation is vital for insurance claims:
- Visible Damage: If the external packaging shows visible signs of mishandling, please refuse the delivery and notify the driver. This allows us to file an immediate claim with the carrier.
- Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must notify us via email at ziynet@megmarbles.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Required Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos of the damaged item, the internal/external packaging, and the shipping label.
Note: Failure to report damages within 24 hours or discarding the original packaging may void the transit insurance, making us unable to offer a refund or replacement.
4. Natural Stone Disclaimer
Our products are crafted from 100% natural stone. Variations in color, veining, tone, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. These natural imperfections are what make each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art. We do not offer refunds based on disputes related to these natural variations.
5. Warehouse Pickup
If you choose to collect your item from our warehouse, you are required to inspect the item upon pickup and sign a "Received in Good Condition" form. Once the item leaves our premises, QAAN MARBLE LTD is not liable for any damages that occur during subsequent transport or handling.
