This website is operated by QAAN MARBLE LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QAAN MARBLE LTD. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND NATURAL STONE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

All our products are handcrafted using 100% natural stone.

  • Natural Variations: Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining are inevitable and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.
  • Sample Images: Images displayed in our store are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product you receive may vary slightly in tone or veining from the photographs.
  • Custom Orders: Because our products are manufactured according to your specific order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind" or natural stone variations.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND CLAIMS

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.

  • Visible Damage: If the packaging is visibly damaged, reject the delivery immediately.
  • Concealed Damage: If the product is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Send clear photos of the damage and the packaging to ziynet@megmarbles.com.
  • Notification Period: Failure to report damages within 24 hours voids transit insurance coverage, and QAAN MARBLE LTD cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by using chemical detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
  • Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (including burns, cuts, scratches, or stains).
  • Products used outdoors or treated with unauthorized chemical coatings.
  • Any modifications made to the product by the consumer or third parties.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
